Bag Collection Systems

The City & County of Honolulu is offering to non-profits, schools and other city agencies the use of the ClearStream CycleMax container for events. This container is designed as a thick steel frame that literally sets up in seconds.

  • When set up the dimension of the ClearStream CycleMax is 40”H X 27”L X 19”W.
  • The dimension of the closed frame is 40”H X 3”W X 24”L.
  • Five ClearStream CycleMax containers are packed in a carton as shown for transporting. The dimension of the carton is 10”H X 24” L X41”W, with a weight of 60 lbs.
  • The ClearStream CycleMax takes 40”W by 46”L clear bags. Which stretches over the frame for a perfect fit. The City does not supply the plastic bags for the frames. Plastic bags can be purchased locally.
  • The ClearStream CycleMax container lids are decaled and are requested by HI5 sort for event use. Decals available are: aluminum beverage container, plastic beverage container, glass beverage container or mixed beverage containers.
  • Your organization is responsible for coordinating the redemption of the deposit beverage containers collected in the CycleMax.
  • 60 ClearStream CycleMax are available upon request.
  • Pick up and drop off site of the ClearStream CycleMax containers is in Waipahu. Monday thru Friday, 8 AM – 2 PM. Call to schedule an appointment.
